LQG high/medium-temperature asphalt pump is a new single-stage, single-suction, vertical centrifugal pump independently developed by the company based upon our years of manufacture and leading products of our domestic and overseas peers. Designed to deliver low-viscosity, impurity-free asphalt or other media through 450℃ or colder well pipes of refineries, chemical works or other metallurgical or petrochemical applications, the pump features smooth operation, long service life, easy maintenance, high efficiency and easy service. The flow parts are constructed from different heat-resistant materials selected according to their respective temperature ratings. LQG high/medium-temperature asphalt pump has been certified as a Major Science & Technological Achievement in Hubei, and a National Important New Product.
LQG high/medium-temperature asphalt pump comprises a pump body, an impeller, a pump cover, a wearing plate, lower shaft, lower support tube, a guide bearing assembly, a connecting sleeve, upper support tube, a support plate, upper shaft, a cooling body and a bearing assembly. The pump body, impeller, pump cover and guide bearing assembly are constructed from heat and wear-resistant material.
LQG high/medium-temperature asphalt pump is a vertical submerged centrifugal pump designed with a back-open body that allows easy service and a closed, key-driven impeller. The pump is insensitive to axial clearance and constructed for easy assembly and reliable operation. The submerged transmission part is fixed by a guide bearing lubricated by the delivered media to guarantee a long lifecycle of the bearing. The upper and lower shafts are connected in a unique manner that automatically eliminates axial forces or manufacture concentricity errors and maintains balanced rotation. A cooling insulation device mounted on the superstructure allows direct greasing of the bearing assembly without the need of water cooling, making pump maintenance much easier.
